Join Silver Compass, Silversea and APT for an evening of Vietnamese food hosted by the award winning Noya’s Kitchen.

You will enjoy some bitesize starters from Hanoi and Saigon with a Vietnamese beer, glass of wine or Vietnamese inspired mocktail before sitting down to a main course of dishes from Hue and the Southern Vietnam region.

Noya will be there to talk about the inspiration for the delicious dishes on offer and we’ll also be joined by Silversea and APT Luxury River Cruises to learn about the amazing ways to experience Vietnam by ocean or river ship.
